Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 3 calendar days from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of our business, this policy begins at the date of purchase and does not require delivery of an item (single) or items (plural).  After the period of 3 days has lapsed since the purchase date, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

This policy is due to the custom and/or event based nature of the items we manufacture or sell. Because of this, the business owner, at his sole discretion, may offer alternative remedies for specific issues that occur.

The three calendar days does not include items that are defective or damaged. We will replace those in accordance with the items warranty. 

Cancellation

This policy also includes changes (modification) of orders as well as cancellation.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product must be unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Sale and clearance items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first.

Returns can be mailed to: 1316 Berri Patch Place #6 | Melbourne, FL 32935. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Refunds Prior To Graduation

All sales are final (regardless of purchase date) Thirty (30) days prior to graduation for stock items. All sales are final (regardless of purchase date) Ninety (90) days prior to graduation for custom items.

Refunds and Events

All refunds will be denied that are brought to us due to third party event cancellation, and force majeure. Sale of our products are not tied to any physical event, or participating in an event (like graduation) taking place. All purchases are products that once produced and delivered are final. We are not responsible for acts of god, force majeure, or any other event that may alter planned use of any item purchased from us.
